Items down to their last unit — anything with 1 or fewer in stock, wherever it's held. These need attention regardless of their minimum-stock setting. Lowest quantities show first.

Log daily issues per site. Paste a briefing/report and each line becomes an issue with its site auto-matched and type auto-tagged from the glossary — or log one manually. Sites come from the Teams tab. Import / Export CSV for your other apps. CSV columns: date, site, comment, type.

Issue Glossary & Types

If a term below appears in an issue comment, its category becomes the issue type. When two terms match, the one higher in the list wins. Tick Expand to also show the plain-English meaning in the feed.

Two ways to look back over every logged issue. Both let you narrow to a month range — leave a field on Any for no limit.

Raise a Request for Punchlist. Set a WhatsApp number below to send each request to your phone with one tap. Export CSV columns: date, title, location, priority, requested_by, status, details.

📱 WhatsApp Delivery

Enter the WhatsApp number to send requests to, with country code and no + or spaces (e.g. 60123456789). When you send, WhatsApp opens with the request already typed — you just press send. (Fully automatic, hands-off sending would need the paid WhatsApp Business API and a server.)

Each team has a leader, its members, and the sites it's responsible for. Sites set here feed the Daily Issue Log dropdowns and report matching. Click any field to edit. Import CSV in the format Team, Member, Sites — one row per member, with the team's sites on its first row. Import auto-fills every team, member and site; any leaders you've set are kept.

Import a Stock Status Report PDF to auto-fill items (Item No, Description, location and quantity), or add items manually. Set a minimum stock per item to trigger low-stock alerts on the Dashboard. Click a location to see what's stored there.

⭳ Import Stock Status Report (PDF)

Reads the report's No · Item No · Description · LOC · QTY table. The LOC code names each storage location (e.g. M15 → MSD Store, M17 → MSD Store at SIMY). Re-importing next month updates quantities and keeps your minimum-stock settings.
